Paris Hilton was arrested for possession of cocaine after officers stopped the car she was in on a Las Vegas street.Hilton was booked into the Clark County Detention Center on a charge of possession of cocaine, Las Vegas police spokesman Marcus Martin said.Hilton was in a car driven by a friend that was stopped when officers noticed what they suspected to be marijuana smoke coming from it."Officers noticed a vehicle leaving a smoke trail of a contolled substance and made a stop based on that," Martin said.During the stop, officers found what appeared to be a drug on Hilton and later tests showed that it was cocaine, Martin said. He didn't know how much was found.

According to Shannon, he not only stole the tape but the video camera in which it was found."He 'accidentally' took my camera," Shannon charges. "Spencer had no right to steal my camera. There are other things on there that I don't want to come out, including the video of me and Heidi."She says she didn't make the sex tape with Montag for public consumption, and that she doesn't "want people to see it."A source confirmed that the sex tapes exist. There's more than one. But that doesn't mean they'll ever see the light of day, despite Pratt's threats. Steven Hirsch, Vivid's founder/co-chairman, says that he wants to see at least 30 seconds of the material before agreeing to meet with Pratt.Pratt reportedly wants $5 million for the x-rated footage. He has claimed to have made two sex tapes with Montag, one before and one after her now famous plastic surgery work last November.He also claims to have a sex tape Montag made with Playboy Playmate Karissa Shannon.There is speculation that Pratt's sex tape bluff is nothing more than a publicity stunt, particularly since he and Montag have been spotted together of late, leading many to believe even their planned divorce isn't real.Montag filed for divorce in July, less than two months after she sought a legal separation from Pratt.

She telling sources she isn't worried about the felony drug charge. Maybe that's because she's being represented by high-powered Las Vegas lawyer, David Chernoff, in the case. Chernoff released a statement saying, "Paris Hilton was released this morning on her own recognizance.
